What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal and ViaBill during online checkout. For local pick-ups, we accept all previously listed payments as well as cash.

What is ViaBill?

ViaBill is a financing option you can use to pay your order in monthly installments. There are no credit checks or finance charges. Split your charge up into four monthly payments. Approvals up to $300.00. When you use ViaBill, your order ships out within 24 hours just like all other orders.

How much is it to ship my order?

We use USPS for all our package shipping. Shipping is a Flat $3.50 Rate, regardless of the number of items you purchase.

Additionally, we often have specials running to save you a bit of money on your order. You can find any current specials announced in the banner at the top of every page.

When will my order ship out to me?

Paid orders are shipped out within 24 business hours.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Email customerservice@faithsfabfive.com with photos of damage or defects. Photos will be reviewed for possible repair, exchange or refund of your item. No other returns will be accepted.

Where are you located and What are your hours?

We are located at 253 State Route 208, New Paltz, NY 12561

We are open Tuesday – Saturday from 12 pm to 6 pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
